Warm Blankets Orphan Care International is a non-profit Christian mission dedicated to the rescue of orphans and
widows through third world church planting, kinships development and orphan outreach.
Kinship is…
•
A family that goes beyond bloodlines and borders,
•
A strong community where everyone belongs and contributes and
children are protected and empowered to develop their talents and
gifts
•
A cooperative economics where people use available resources to build
and maintain own schools, shops and business and profit for them
together.
Our kinships reach out to children who:
•
Have no family to take care for them, and no home or shelter to stay.
•
Reside with people who harmed them, or threatened to harm them,
and are likely to carry out that threat either through violence and
abuse or negligence.
•
Are victims of arm conflict, civil unrest or natural disaster, and their
parents cannot be located after a reasonable search.
•
Reside with parents affected by terminal illness, no longer able to take
care for them.
These children, due to their age and poverty are at risk for exploitation,
abuse, slavery labor, sex trafficking or neglect.
We provide for them Christian, family-style living and education within the
context of local kinship and under supervision of indigenous pastors and
church leaders. We support several Church Orphan Home families that
shelter rescued children.
We're are also committed to:

Sharing the message of the transforming power of Christ's love
through words and action to each child.

Building awareness of the despair faced by orphan children around the
world and the ways in which their needs can be addressed.

Fostering development efforts that bring about self-sufficiency of
individual homes and the children raised in them.

Maximizing the giving power of donors and sponsors through
partnerships, matching grants and auditing programs

Warm Blankets Orphan Care Intl. is a 501(c)(3) Christian,
non-profit organization recognized by the IRS. By working
with other contributors and foundations that provide support
for their operational cost, they make sure that 100% of your
donation will go directly to our ministry. All donations are
tax deductible to the extend allowed by USA tax law.
